Exchange/ Returns/ Refund Policy
- We apologize that our products do not meet your satisfaction.
- Please be notified that we DO NOT offer cash refund. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unwashed, unaltered, unworn and in the same condition that you have received it, with tags intact.
- Customers will bear the return shipping fees unless the cause of return is due to the seller’s mistake e.g. we’ve sent the wrong size, wrong product or a faulty item.
- Customer can exchange the item purchased within 7 days from the date of arrival of the parcel. Subject to availability of product.
- Please contact our team and provide the details of your order and the reason for return, before returning your purchase.
- Until the item reaches us, we will not be responsible for your returned purchase.
- Emileeya reserves the right to deny any refund or exchange if the customer fails to meet the policy requirement above.
- Sale and markdown items are non-returnable but, SIZE exchangeable is accepted. Subject upon available.

Mystery Box Offer & Reject Items Sale
- The sale of the mystery boxes are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned or exchanged.
- The items chosen at random.
Shipping Methods and Details
- We post out orders every Wednesday and Friday.
- The estimated delivery time provided is to be used as a guide only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal companies.
- We ship within Malaysia with lowest price rate. RM 8 for West Malaysia and RM12 for East Malaysia.
- Currently we only ship to Singapore and Brunei.
Customs and Import Charges
- All taxes, duties and custom fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. Emileeya has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
- We are not responsible for merchandise risk of loss after the courier has delivered the order to the address. We do not take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time due to incomplete / misspelled address or no recipient at the address.
